For What Can I Be Compensated?

The law provides compensation for many different categories of loss ­ these are called “damages”. Some classifications of damages include the following:

PECUNIARY DAMAGES – This is the actual money you spent as a result of the defendants conduct.

PROPERTY DAMAGE – Very often, clients have suffered property losses related to the incident. You have the right to be compensated for damage to your automobile or other personal effects.
