- Misrepresenting financing terms or telling you that you were financed if you were not
- Misrepresenting or concealing the fact that your car had never been damaged, even though it had been in an accident
- Misrepresenting or concealing the ownership history to conceal that the car had previously been a rent-a-car
- Misrepresenting the mileage on the odometer
