Changes By The Credit CARD Act Of 2009

The Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 made changes regarding how credit card companies handle consumer accounts, such as how and when they can raise your interest rates, impose over-the-limit fees, and open credit card accounts with persons under 21 years old.
